5. Trading Rules
5.1. Mandatory Stop-Loss
A stop-loss is mandatory for each position. The risk on a single trade when the stop-loss is triggered must not exceed 3% of the initial account balance. If this rule is violated, the position may be automatically closed by the risk management system, and the challenge will be considered failed.
5.2. Profit Limit per Trade
If the profit on a single trade reaches 4% of the account balance, the position is automatically closed by the risk management system. The challenge is not considered failed — the trader continues trading as usual. This rule applies during the challenge stage and on the funded demo account. There is no profit limit per trade on a real account.
5.3. Daily Drawdown
The maximum allowable total loss for one trading day, including closed trades and floating loss on open positions. It is calculated from the account balance at the start of the trading day.
- 1-Step Challenge: 4%
- 2-Step Challenge: 5%
5.4. Maximum Loss
The maximum decline in balance over the entire trading period. Upon reaching this threshold, the challenge is considered failed.
- 1-Step Challenge: 6%
- 2-Step Challenge: 10%
5.5. Trading Day
A trading day is counted if at least one position was opened on that day, the result of which led to a change in the total balance of at least ±0.2%. If the trade result is below this threshold, the day is not counted. If a position is held for several days, only the opening day is considered a trading day.
5.6. Inactivity Rule
If the trader does not make any trades for 15 calendar days, the challenge may be considered failed. Traders are advised to maintain regular trading activity.
5.7. Position Holding
Positions may be held overnight and over weekends. There is no requirement to close positions at the end of the trading session. Open positions continue to be taken into account when calculating daily drawdown and maximum loss.
5.8. News Trading
Trading during news events is allowed, provided all risk management rules are observed.
5.9. Automated Trading
Trading bots, algorithmic strategies, and expert advisors are allowed, provided all risk management rules are observed. The trader bears responsibility for the actions of automated systems.
5.10. Available Instruments
Only cryptocurrency futures trading is available on the platform. Spot trading is not supported.
---
6. Prohibited Actions and Strategies
At all stages — during the challenge and on the funded account — the following actions are prohibited:
6.1. Using the platform’s services to violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
6.2. Any attempts to hack, bypass security systems, perform unauthorized data collection, conduct hacking attacks, or reverse engineer the Binam platform.
6.3. Sending spam to third parties or the company’s trading partners.
6.4. The use of trading strategies prohibited by liquidity providers, including, but not limited to:
- use of quote delays or platform errors;
- trading using insider information;

- manipulation of trades for fraudulent purposes.
6.5. Arbitrage between Binam accounts and accounts of other companies (at the company’s discretion).
6.6. Use of strategies that are difficult to reproduce in the real market:
- opening positions using the entire available margin limit;
- trades with excessive fluctuations in unrealized profit/loss.
6.7. Transferring account credentials to third parties, using multiple accounts from one IP address, boosting accounts, renting out accounts, or selling access.
6.8. Manipulating results using multiple accounts (opening opposite positions on different accounts to guarantee passing at least one of them).
6.9. Hedging and reverse trading.
6.10. Earning all profit from a single trade.
6.11. Any actions capable of causing damage to the company or that do not correspond to the principles of trading in the real market.
6.12. Disrespectful behavior toward the Binam team.
---
7. Consequences of Violations
7.1. If Binam determines that the trader’s trading violates risk management rules, prohibited strategies, or program conditions, the trader’s account will be blocked without the right to withdraw profits.
7.2. The Company has the right to:
- delete trades that violate the rules and not count them toward the result;
- terminate the agreement and cancel the provided services;
- reduce the leverage on the account;
- block the account without refunding funds and profits.

When the “Increase Profit Share” option is added (+20% to the challenge cost): up to 90% to the trader / 10% to the company.
8.5. If Exchanges Are Unavailable
If the exchanges available through Binam are prohibited in the trader’s country for legal reasons, the trader continues trading on a demo account with the ability to withdraw profits under the established conditions.
---

Payment for participation in the challenge is accepted only in cryptocurrency (USDT and other supported cryptocurrencies). Bank cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods in fiat currency are not supported.
9.2. Refund of Payment

When purchasing a challenge, two additional paid options are available:

10.2. Refund of Cost Upon Successful Completion
