GENERAL QUESTIONS
Binam.io is a crypto trading challenge platform. We give traders the opportunity to prove their skills through a structured evaluation based on profitability targets and risk management rules. Traders who pass the challenge receive a funded account to trade crypto futures.
The core idea is straightforward: you prove that you can trade with discipline and profitability — and we provide the capital. You trade, we take on the risk. Profits are shared.
The platform operates under UAE jurisdiction. Funded account sizes range from 5,000 to 100,000 USDT.
The Binam model is built around a step-by-step progression:
1. Purchase a challenge. You choose the format (One-Step or Two-Step), account size, and any optional add-ons. Payment is made in cryptocurrency.
2. Complete the challenge. You trade on a demo account with real market conditions — real quotes and real commissions. Your goal is to reach the profit target while following all risk management rules.
3. Receive a funded demo account. After successfully completing the challenge, you receive a funded demo account where you can already withdraw real profits in cryptocurrency.
4. Transition to a real account. After meeting additional conditions on the funded demo account, you are granted a real account with improved profit-sharing terms.
Important: during the challenge stage you are trading on a demo account. It is not a real account. Real funds come later — at the funded account stage.
Binam.io operates under the jurisdiction of the UAE (United Arab Emirates).
Traders from most countries worldwide can participate in challenges. Restrictions may apply to countries where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited by law. If you are unsure whether restrictions apply to your country, please contact support before purchasing.
No. Binam.io is not a broker and does not provide brokerage services. Binam.io is not a custodian and does not provide custodial services. The platform offers traders the opportunity to undergo a skills evaluation and, upon success, gain access to a funded trading account.
No. Binam does not guarantee any income. Past results are not indicative of future performance. Crypto futures trading involves a high level of risk. Results depend entirely on the trader's skills, discipline, and decisions.
CHALLENGE FORMATS
The platform offers two main formats:
- One-Step Challenge — a single evaluation stage, after which the trader receives a funded account.
- Two-Step Challenge — two evaluation stages (Challenge + Verification), after which the trader receives a funded account.
The formats differ in profit targets, risk limits, and pricing. Details on each are below.
The One-Step format consists of a single evaluation stage — the Challenge — after which the trader receives a funded account.
Parameters for the Challenge stage (One-Step format):
- Profit Target: 10%
- Daily Drawdown: max 4%
- Max Loss: max 6%
- Max Risk Per Trade: 3%
- Minimum Trading Days: 5
- Trading Period: Unlimited
- Stop-Loss: Required on every position
This format is suited for traders who are confident in their skills and want to get funded in a single stage. Note that the risk limits here are stricter than in the Two-Step format: 4% daily drawdown (not 5%) and 6% max loss (not 10%). This is offset by the fact that you only need to pass one stage.
The Two-Step format consists of three sequential stages:
Stage 1 — Challenge:
- Profit Target: 10%
- Daily Drawdown: max 5%
- Max Loss: max 10%
- Max Risk Per Trade: 3%
- Minimum Trading Days: 5
- Trading Period: Unlimited
- Stop-Loss: Required
Stage 2 — Verification:
- Profit Target: 5%
- Daily Drawdown: max 5%
- Max Loss: max 10%
- Max Risk Per Trade: 3%
- Minimum Trading Days: 5
- Trading Period: Unlimited
- Stop-Loss: Required
Stage 3 — Funded Trader:
After successfully completing both stages, you receive a funded account with the ability to withdraw profits.
The Two-Step format is cheaper but requires passing two consecutive stages. The risk limits are more relaxed (5% daily drawdown, 10% max loss), giving you more room to maneuver.
Key differences:
Number of stages:
- One-Step — one evaluation stage.
- Two-Step — two stages: Challenge (10% target) and Verification (5% target).
Risk limits:
- One-Step — 4% daily drawdown, 6% max loss.
- Two-Step — 5% daily drawdown, 10% max loss.
Minimum trading days:
- One-Step — 5 days for the single stage.
- Two-Step — 5 days for Stage 1, 5 days for Stage 2.
Pricing:
- One-Step costs more but is completed in a single stage.
- Two-Step costs less but requires passing two stages in sequence.
Trading period:
- Both formats have unlimited trading periods.
Which format to choose depends on your trading style. If you are ready to work within tighter risk limits and want to get funded faster — go with One-Step. If you prefer more room on drawdown limits and don't mind two stages — go with Two-Step.
No. The trading period in both formats is unlimited. You can take as long as you need to pass the challenge. The only requirements are to follow all risk management rules and accumulate the minimum number of trading days.
This means you are not bound to any specific deadline. If you need a week — take a week. If you need a month or two — that works too. There is no rush; what matters is the result and discipline.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Pricing depends on the format and account size.
One-Step Challenge:
- $5,000 account — 119 USDT
- $10,000 account — 219 USDT
- $25,000 account — 399 USDT
- $50,000 account — 539 USDT
- $100,000 account — 799 USDT
Two-Step Challenge:
- $5,000 account — 89 USDT
- $10,000 account — 159 USDT
- $25,000 account — 299 USDT
- $50,000 account — 399 USDT
- $100,000 account — 599 USDT
Note: the Two-Step format is cheaper but includes two evaluation stages. The One-Step format is more expensive but is completed in a single stage.
Challenge payments are accepted in cryptocurrency only. Bank cards, wire transfers, and other fiat payment methods are not currently supported.
Yes. You can use BINAM Tokens to get a discount on challenge purchases — up to 10% off the price. Tokens are earned on the platform by completing tasks — more details in the "BINAM Token" section.
The platform may also run promotions and special offers from time to time. Follow our Telegram channel and Discord community for updates.
Two optional paid add-ons are available when purchasing a challenge:
Profit Split Upgrade (up to 90/10):
The default profit split between trader and company is 80/20. With this add-on, the split changes to 90/10 — meaning you keep 90% of all profits. Cost: +20% on top of the challenge price.
Fee Refund on Successful Completion:
If you successfully pass the challenge, the full challenge fee can be refunded according to the terms of this add-on. Cost: +20% on top of the challenge price.
Both add-ons are selected at the time of purchase and cannot be added after the challenge has started. You can choose one, both, or neither — it is entirely up to you.
The fee refund is an optional paid add-on that can be selected when purchasing a challenge. The cost of this add-on is +20% on top of the challenge price.
If you activated this option and successfully passed the challenge, the full challenge fee will be refunded to you together with your first profit withdrawal from the funded account. This means you receive both your profit share and the challenge fee refund in a single payout.
Important: this option can only be selected at the time of purchase. It cannot be added after the challenge has started. If the challenge is not passed, no refund is issued.
No. Purchasing a challenge is not a deposit or an investment. It is a fee for participation in a trading skills evaluation program. All funds received from program purchases are used by the company to cover operational expenses — technology infrastructure, staff salaries, and other business costs.
TRADING RULES & RISK MANAGEMENT
There is no hard limit on the number of simultaneously open positions. However, all open positions are factored into the daily drawdown and max loss calculations. If the combined floating loss across all open positions exceeds the allowable limits, it will be considered a violation.
Also remember: a stop-loss with risk no greater than 3% of the initial balance is required on every open position.
No. Positions can be held overnight and over weekends. The platform does not require mandatory position closure at the end of a trading session. However, keep in mind that open positions continue to count toward daily drawdown and max loss calculations, so carrying positions overnight is your responsibility.
Yes. Automated trading — including trading bots, algorithmic strategies, and expert advisors — is allowed on the platform. The only condition is that automated systems must comply with all risk management rules: mandatory stop-loss, daily drawdown and max loss limits, and the 3% risk-per-trade cap.
If a bot or algorithm violates the rules, the trader bears full responsibility.
Yes. News trading is not restricted. You can open positions before, during, and after major economic releases or significant market events. Just follow all risk management rules.
Yes. If the profit on a single trade reaches 4% of the account balance, the position is automatically closed by the risk management system. This does not mean the challenge is failed — the trade is simply locked in at 4%, and you can continue trading as normal.
This rule applies during the challenge stage (demo account) and on the funded demo account. On the real account, there are no per-trade profit restrictions.
Why this rule exists: it helps filter out random results. The platform is looking for traders who earn consistently through a systematic approach, not those who pass the challenge on a single lucky trade. If you trade with discipline and build your profit across multiple positions, this rule will not affect you in any meaningful way.
- The risk per trade in the event that a stop-loss is triggered must not exceed 3% of the initial account balance.
- If the risk per trade exceeds the 3% limit, the position may be automatically closed by the risk management system, and the order will be marked as unfilled.
A stop-loss is a recommendation
Daily drawdown is the maximum allowable loss within a single trading day.
It is calculated from the account balance at the start of the trading day (including open positions). If the combined loss from closed and open positions during the day reaches the set limit, trading is suspended and depending on the program conditions this may result in a rule violation.
Daily drawdown limits:
- One-Step Challenge: 4% of the initial account balance.
- Two-Step Challenge: 5% of the initial account balance.
For example, if you are trading a $10,000 account on the Two-Step format, your maximum allowable daily loss is $500. On the One-Step format with the same account — $400.
Important: unrealized losses on open positions are also counted. If you have an open position and the current floating loss combined with realized losses for the day exceeds the limit — that counts as a violation.
Max loss is the maximum allowable total drawdown on the account over the entire trading period (not per day, but cumulative).
Max loss limits:
- One-Step Challenge: 6% of the initial balance. This means the account equity must not drop below 94% of the starting amount.
- Two-Step Challenge: 10% of the initial balance. This means equity must not drop below 90% of the starting amount.
If the balance drops below this threshold, the challenge is considered failed — regardless of any profits previously earned.
Example: you are trading a $25,000 account on the Two-Step format. Max loss is 10%, which is $2,500. If the account balance drops below $22,500 at any point — the challenge is failed.
Maximum risk per trade is 3% of the initial account balance. This rule applies in both formats (One-Step and Two-Step) and at all stages — during the challenge as well as on the funded account.
This means that if your stop-loss is triggered, the loss on a single position must not exceed 3% of the initial account amount. If the risk management system detects that a trade was opened with risk exceeding this limit, the position may be force-closed and the challenge voided.
No. The platform supports crypto futures trading only. Spot trading is not available.
If you violate any risk management rule during the challenge — whether it is exceeding daily drawdown, max loss or the per-trade risk limit — the challenge is considered failed.
In that case, you will need to purchase a new challenge to try again. The cost of the previous challenge is not refunded (except when the fee refund add-on was purchased and its conditions were not violated).
The same rules apply on the funded account stage: if risk management rules are violated, access to the account may be terminated.
If you do not make any trades for an extended period, the platform reserves the right to suspend or close your participation. We recommend maintaining regular trading activity and not leaving the account idle for long stretches of time.
The platform does not restrict specific trading strategies as long as all risk management rules are followed. Scalping, swing trading, trend following, counter-trend strategies, news trading — all are permitted.
What is prohibited:
- Manipulating results using multiple accounts (opening opposing positions on different accounts to guarantee at least one passes).
- Exploiting platform or infrastructure vulnerabilities to gain a non-market advantage.
- Any actions that the company may reasonably consider to be abuse of the rules or an attempt to circumvent the risk management system.
A trading day is a day on which you made at least one trade that meets the minimum activity criteria.
Conditions for a trading day to be counted:
- At least one position was opened on that day.
- The result of the trade (profit or loss) is at least ±0.2% of the total balance.
If all conditions are met, the day is counted as a trading day.
Important detail: if you open a position on Monday and close it on Wednesday, only Monday (the day the position was opened) counts as a trading day. Tuesday and Wednesday do not count, even though the position was active on those days. This rule applies to both challenge formats.
Minimum trading days required:
- One-Step Challenge: 5 days.
- Two-Step Challenge, Stage 1 (Challenge): 5 days.
- Two-Step Challenge, Stage 2 (Verification): 5 days.
EXCHANGES & TRADING TERMINALS
Two exchanges are currently supported:
- Bybit — trading on a Bybit demo account with real quotes and commissions.
- Binance — trading through the CScalp terminal
You choose the exchange when purchasing the challenge.
To trade on Bybit, you need to:
1. Create a new Bybit account or use an existing one.
2. Create a sub-account on the exchange.
3. Switch to demo mode and generate demo API keys.
4. Connect them to the Binam platform in your account dashboard by following the instructions.
Once connected, you will be able to trade directly on the Bybit exchange in demo mode or through any third-party terminal that supports Bybit demo API keys.
Trading on Binance is available only through the CScalp terminal.
How it works:
1. A demo account is created automatically through CScalp.
2. You receive access in the form of a login and password.
3. You trade through the CScalp interface.
Direct trading on the Binance exchange itself or through other terminals is not currently supported for Binance.
For Bybit: any trading platform that supports Bybit demo API keys, as well as the Bybit exchange interface itself. Once you open a live account, Tiger Trade and other trading platforms also become available.
For Binance: CScalp only.
You select the trading terminal when purchasing the challenge. Please note that the availability of trading terminals during the challenge phase and the live account opening phase may vary.
Yes, you can trade using the Bybit app
Yes. The crypto market operates around the clock, including weekends and holidays. You can trade at any time — night, weekends, holidays.
FUNDED ACCOUNT & PROFIT WITHDRAWALS
After you have met all targets and followed the rules throughout the entire challenge, your results go through a review. The review takes up to 3 business days.
Following the review, you are granted a funded demo account. This is still a demo account, but with one key difference from the previous stage — you can now withdraw real profits in cryptocurrency.
Note: the funded demo account is not yet a real account. The transition to a real account happens later, after meeting additional conditions. However, in certain cases the company may grant a real account immediately after the challenge is passed, if it considers this appropriate.
Profit sharing depends on the stage and selected add-ons:
On the funded demo account:
- Standard split: you keep 70% of profits, 30% goes to the company.
On the real account:
- Standard split: you keep 80% of profits, 20% goes to the company.
With the Profit Split Upgrade add-on:
- If you selected the Profit Split Upgrade at purchase (+20% on the challenge price), the split changes to 90/10 — you keep 90%.
This means the maximum trader share can reach 90% of all profits.
On the funded demo account, the first withdrawal is available after you earn a minimum of 100 USDT in profit. Once this threshold is reached, you can submit a withdrawal request. To transition to a real account, you must earn a minimum of 15% total profit from the initial balance. The maximum amount you can withdraw from the funded demo account is also capped at 15% of the initial balance.
Profits are withdrawn in cryptocurrency only. Bank cards, wire transfers, and fiat withdrawals are not currently supported.
Withdrawal requests are processed within up to 3 business days. This is the standard timeframe. We aim to process requests as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee processing in less than 3 business days.
After you meet the conditions on the funded demo account (earn at least 15% profit and complete your first withdrawal), you are granted a real account.
On the real account:
- You keep 80% of profits (or 90% if the Profit Split Upgrade add-on is active).
- Withdrawals are available without frequency restrictions, provided you comply with platform rules and risk management.
- Daily drawdown, max loss, and mandatory stop-loss rules remain in effect.
The company also reserves the right to grant a real account immediately after the challenge is passed — without the intermediate funded demo stage — if it deems this appropriate. This decision is made at the company's discretion.
No. You bear no financial obligations to Binam when trading on the funded account. If your trading results in losses, you are not required to compensate them. Your risk is limited to the cost of the challenge you purchased.
If you violate risk management rules on the funded account stage (demo or real) — exceeding daily drawdown, max loss, failing to place a stop-loss, or exceeding the per-trade risk limit — access to the funded account may be terminated.
The rules on the funded account are the same as during the challenge: mandatory stop-loss, 3% max risk per trade, drawdown and loss limits.
Yes, fully. Risk management rules apply at all stages — from the moment the challenge begins through to trading on the real account. Specific limits depend on the format:
For the Two-Step format (and funded account after it):
- Risk per trade: 3%
- Daily drawdown: 5%
- Max loss: 10%
For the One-Step format (and funded account after it):
- Risk per trade: 3%
- Daily drawdown: 4%
- Max loss: 6%
BINAM TOKEN
The BINAM Token is an internal platform token used within the binam.io ecosystem. It cannot be purchased — it can only be earned by completing tasks on the platform or through the partner program.
Tokens are used for discounts and other benefits within the platform.
Through platform tasks:
In the "Tasks" tab in your dashboard, you will find simple activities — following social media accounts, likes, shares, and other actions. Each completed task earns you tokens (for example, 5 tokens per action).
Through the cashback program:
If you connect your trading account to the binam.io cashback program — for example, by registering a new account on an exchange using our referral link — you can receive 500 BINAM Tokens. Available exchanges: Bybit, OKX, BingX.
Through the partner program:
Partners receive 10% of the first challenge purchase by each referred user — paid in BINAM Tokens. More details in the "Partner Program" section.
The primary use is a discount on challenge purchases. Maximum discount — up to 10% off the price.
Tokens are applied within the platform at checkout.
For regular users — no. Tokens are used only within the platform for discounts.
For partners — yes. Partners can exchange BINAM Tokens for USDT at a 1:1 ratio. However, partner status comes with its own conditions and restrictions — see the "Partner Program" section for details.
CASHBACK PROGRAM
The cashback program allows traders to receive a portion of their trading fees back. You connect your exchange account using the binam.io referral link — and automatically receive a rebate on every commission you pay.
The cashback program operates independently of the challenge — any trader can use it, even if they are not participating in a challenge.
- Bybit — 30% fee rebate.
- OKX — 30% fee rebate.
- BingX — 40% fee rebate.
Bybit: cashback is credited every Monday. If the total commission for the period is less than $10, the payout is not made immediately — it accumulates until the threshold is reached. Once accumulated commissions exceed $10, the cashback is paid on the next Monday.
OKX and BingX: cashback is paid automatically according to the active integration.
1. Go to the "Cashback" section in your dashboard at binam.io.
2. Select the exchange.
3. Register a new account on the chosen exchange using our referral link, or connect an existing account (if supported by the exchange's terms).
4. Once connected, cashback will begin accruing automatically.
Bonus: by connecting to the cashback program you also receive 500 BINAM Tokens, which can be used for a discount on your challenge purchase.
PARTNER PROGRAM
Any registered user can become a partner. Simply activate partner status in the "Partner" tab in your dashboard.
After activation, you will receive a personal referral link that you can share.
Partners receive 10% of the first challenge purchase by each user who registered through their referral link. The reward is credited as BINAM Tokens.
Partner tokens can be exchanged for USDT at a 1:1 ratio.
Yes, and this is important.
After activating partner status:
- You can no longer earn tokens through regular tasks (social follows, likes, etc.).
- Your existing token balance is wiped completely.
- Going forward, you earn tokens only from purchases made by referred users.
This is an irreversible action. Before activating partner status, we recommend using all your accumulated tokens — because they will be reset upon activation.
Yes. Partner status does not prevent you from participating in challenges and trading on a funded account. You can be an active trader and simultaneously invite new users, earning referral rewards.
The only limitation is that after activating partner status, you will no longer be able to earn tokens through regular tasks.
PROFILE & DASHBOARD
Yes. Before you begin, you must correctly fill in your profile details in the dashboard. This is a mandatory platform requirement, necessary for identification, fund withdrawals, and certificate issuance.
When you successfully pass a challenge or withdraw funds, a certificate is automatically generated. The certificate displays only the trader's name — no other personal data is published.
Certificates are posted by the company's bot in the corresponding Telegram and Discord channels.
